There are two dll's that hbp.dll is unable to use, one can find this by viewing the dll, with the dependancy viewer application now known as "->Visual Studio 6->Microsoft VIsual Studio 6.0 Tools->Depends" The dependency viewer shows links between dll's, hbp.dll, appears to be unable to find (denoted by a question mark), cv096.dll, cxcore096.dll. I have attached these files and will put them to the web later this weekend. To fix your installs just put these two files in the windows\system32\ directory and run regsvr32 on both of them. Afterwhich the hbp project should work fine. Interestingly enough I ran it on both OpenCV 3.1b and 4.0 beta systems successfully. -jsa p.s. did anyone email Bob?
